Tucked just outside town, this vintage-charm motel is run by warm, accommodating hosts and delivers excellent value: clean, comfortable rooms, an on-site restaurant, Wi-Fi and Sky TV, basic kitchenettes and a grassy yard for dogs. Rooms are cozy and serviced daily, with staff flexible for late arrivals. Drawbacks include aging beds and pillows, occasional musty smells or housekeeping lapses, squeaky doors, and no air conditioning or handrails in some rooms—bring pillows and infant gear if needed.

Nice and clean , enjoyed our overnight stay. Will definately stay again.
Nice couple that run this place. Got my meals delivered to my room which I definitely was happy to have done. Even though I could have waited for it and taken it back to my room. All in all I enjoyed my stay Service: 5
Lovely, clean, convenient dog-friendly motel. On the cold weekend we were there the room was cozy and warm, with everything needed in kitchen — microwave, fridge, electric skillet, toaster etc. The best thing fo dog owners is the lovely grassy area outside the back door. And don’t forget the owner was super helpful. Service: 5
Hosts are great, the location to the track and town is excellent, we return every year at least once. Service: 5
The place is dated, the beds are rediculiously old, and there's a musty smell to everything. There's no aircon, just a fan, and at 28 degrees, it wasn't fun. Bring your own pillow. However the place is super clean. And the linen is fresh. There's spare pillows (although old) and extra blankets if you want them. There's also wifi an sky TV. Service: 5
