What Jakeb doesn't like about Mirchi's Fine Indian Cuisine:
Expensive and poor service. If you think the prices they charge are standard, no it’s not. Other Indian restaurants provide decent quantity. These folks are stingy and argumentative with their baseless justifications. For instance one curry gets you 500ml container rice while two full curries get you 750ml! What freaking logic is that? The portion size was satisfying and delicious; it's the best in Feilding. I would definitely recommend it! Service was for takeout, and it was perfect for dinner.

The BEST curry in Feilding hands down. Every dish is excellent, to the point that I have ordered outside my usual meals to see if the quality of food is present in all the meals, it is! Delivery times are good, delivery drivers polite and food arrives hot. There has been a couple of instances were the order has not been accepted, which is very dissapointing, especially when they are open, however that is not the reason for my 1 star. The rating is due to the experience of going inside to collect an order, which was the first time inside. I could write paragraphs about this ordeal but what it boils down to is that the ordering system does not go to the restaurant, it goes to the manager who is not in the store, seemingly nowhere near the store it seems. Anyone who has ever worked hospitality could tell you how idiotic it is to have orders not go to the store or the staff at the store. Essentially our order was not started, or even known about in the store. The store staff do not speak English, only the odd word. So I ended up in the store, the chef giving me his mobile to talk to the manager who tries to tell me we can 't have a refund and the food would be 50 minutes. We finally got a cash refund, however the service, and quite frankly the state of the restaurant, has disgusted me. The long and the short, the chef is great and his recipes amazing, management needs to invest some serious money on the restaurant and start managing properly. As for me, I would never order from here again.
