Sänne röschti is an dinner of rosti (hash brown styler kartoffeln) with speck, sausage, tomato and a soft cheese. my dining room partner had another version of... read more Sänne röschti is an dinner of rosti (hash brown styler kartoffeln) with speck, sausage, tomato and a soft cheese. my dining room partner had another version of roschti and we both thought the dishes were excellent. there is a lot of calorie in this evening meal, but. the savory, full taste was very satisfying. there is not much pfeffer in the mix, but for me the salt content was somewhat too much, but be it known I am extremely sensitive to salt and I have a lower threshold than most people. it has not garnished 5 stars of me because of the spicy. there is an extensive menu, much larger than most European restaurants. English is not very well spoken here (nor french) but the waitress was very accommodating and the one waitress who knew something English came by and helped us. the restaurant is located on the Fehraltorf air strip and has a sortiment of Irish beer and Scottish apple wines.

I was impressed how the speck improved.
