Ordered lengua and carne asada burritos, birria tacos, adobada (spicy pork), and carnitas tacos. Burritos from this place are excellent and they did not skimp out on giving plenty of meat. Tacos were amazing and I loved how they included carrots and cooked onions along with the tacos. The owner was very nice and we will definitely be regulars here! So happy to have tacos in this area! What Yu Mi Diakonu doesn't like about Taqueria El Cinco De Mayo Food Truck #4:
I love Mexican food, and yes, many of the food trucks I'll go to are never disappointing. But for this specific one, I was very disappointed. The girls were such snobs, and my food was completely dry. The tacos had no flavor. The burrito was so dry, filled with rice but barely beans and meat. My son's (1yr old) chicken nugget and fries were so burnt out that it wasn't edible at ALL. DO BETTER!! View all feedback.

I order #6 birrira tacos every time and #6 carne asada street tacos w/extra cilantro and onions on the side. My favorite place to go twice a month but a lil pricey
Genuinely the best taco truck i’ve ever been to. i’ve happened to run across this spot twice now on accident while getting gas after work and both times it’s felt like their food saved my mood for the day, if not my life i love you taco truck #4

Have been seeing this truck in a gas station parking lot for several weeks. Stopped in yesterday and ordered Birria tacos with cheese and the consomme. The tacos were delicious and the broth was thick and meaty with great flavor. Service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the location being in a gas station parking lot. I will definitely return and bring my friends and family.
