Despite these negative experiences, others found the food to be enjoyable and the portions generous. Service received mixed reviews, with some praising the friendly and professional server, while others criticized the lack of attention and constant need to ask for basic items like utensils and drink refills. Overall, while the restaurant showed potential, there were definite areas for improvement to ensure a more consistent dining experience.
Red Lobster was closed. Open table never notified us, what a waste of time
Look, it's Red Lobster. You know what you're doing when you go here. But it's a nice, very clean Red Lobster with some great staff and prompt service
There must’ve been miscommunication amongst the staff. we got seated way after our priority wait list seating time, which would’ve been fine if they didn’t sit people at our time and then have us wait an extra mins til the table was ready. we also didn’t have a waiter visit our table for mins. the rest of the experience was fine
Usually it's a good place, but last time we've been there was bad. They were out of asparagus and broccoli. It was my husband's birthday, but they didn't have any candles too. I think it could happen, but not on Friday night
The restaurant was surprisingly busy on arrival; then they opened up another section to accommodate the increased traffic. The shrimp dishes are among the best this time of year as we choose the broccoli garlic shrimp with a ginger sweet and sour sauce; very spicey but well done
