Mod Pizza - Federal Way

On Thursday night, the service at this restaurant was rude. It seemed like they were tired because the day had been busy (according to the rude girl). My pizza looked like it had been tampered with - cheese was missing from the middle and other spots. When I asked about it, the girl said she was tired. There were also issues with the dough, as one person made a bad press with the machine. However, another girl was nice and fixed my dough. I expect to get what I pay for when ordering a pizza, so it's disappointing when it's not done right. That's why we prefer going to MODs for quality and a better experience, rather than dealing with rudeness. They may want to consider getting some help soon, as it looks like it's going to be a long summer otherwise. Just some friendly advice, thanks.

My very first visit! The pizza equivalent of a Subway. It's a fantastic idea. They offer pizzas in a variety of sizes. They're designed so that everyone can customize your pizza the way they like it. There's no way to build a terrible pizza when you have over 30 options for toppings. Whatever toppings you choose to put on your pizza will cost the same. The individual pizza I ordered and took on my way was delicious. The service I received was pleasant. And they had enough to do. The pizzas are prepared and cooked in front of the customer. The one young employee quickly cleared tables as patrons left. I would return to this location without hesitation.

The staff was excellent and the thin crust was wonderfully crispy - the best I've ever tasted.

I generally like these pizzas but this location was a disappointment. the pizza was soggy and toppings were limited at 5 pm. i can’t imagine if it were busy. the staff seemed more concerned with each other than delivering quality. apparently this is “well done”

I love MOD Pizza’s idea of all kinds of pizza for one price deal. I’ve been ordering and had them delivered a lot before. During the pandemic, pizza came in boxes not taped up (secure tape), which I wish they do it to make customers feel safer to eat when the pizza arrived. It is what it is. When the company got so busy, and due to a shortage of staff, I can no longer order online and have the pizza delivered anymore. If you can get your hands on one of their pizza it’s thin crust and so delicious! You can choose your topping with just one price.
