Mcdonald's - Federal Way

Many people say the big mc was too much scraped food, but I still love it.

I don’t mean this as any disrespect to anybody that enjoys this establishment, however, I do think it’s a joke that they are always so busy and they are so popular, as this is some of the worst food you could ever put into your body. This is the first review I have ever left , I feel that strongly about it. The main and only thing that I fully support are the workers at McDonald’s, getting their money as they deserve , but aside from that no one should consume this food because it is insanely terrible for your health. This review is not specific to this establishment alone, but to the entire franchise. Have a happy meal.

I wasn't impressed today. The young lady on the thru was sgortbtempered, course, rude tone, and unfriendly abd unhelpful. The young ladybat at window #1 was sweet. Windows #2 ... courteous but Mt food was slow coming abd my burger was garbage... seriously dried out, cool, no flavor. If there wasn't cheese on my burger it wouldn't have been palettable. Major thumbs down today. Disappointed a d greatly annoyed. Yiur quality if food and service was trash today but my price dure as heck never went down. They may get another try out if convenience but it will be awhile. Terrible experience. I'm going to do the online survey too.

Well, I was in the drive thru today, and I had no problem ordering, guy was nice. Then I got to the payment window. The guy there took and charged my card like normal, didn 't even offer a receipt or anything, just ignored me after. So I drove forward. At the pickup window, the woman who gave me my food seemed irritated already, and I ordered a Shamrock Shake. I asked to double check that it was a shamrock shake, because it looked like vanilla. She replied with It 's a milkshake and closed the window on me. I get home and the fries are cold, hard, and taste like cardboard. The nuggets were cold but tasted okay. The shake was indeed a vanilla milkshake and not a shamrock shake like I ordered. I get it, I went during the lunch rush and it was busy. But this isn 't the first issue I 've heard of there. Definitely won 't be returning.
