I love having this restaurant nearby and the energy drinks are great! The only downside is that it's always slow for me. It's frustrating to see someone in front of me order a drink and then have to wait up to 10 minutes. Some of us have to get back to work and don't have the time to wait around.

Great customer service! Anyone that works here are really polite and easy going. Drinks from here always meet expectations.

I bought 4 drinks today but their computer was down, so they weren 't able to count my order towards reward points even though it is still a great hot salted caramel macchiato, and hot The Force white coffee. My husband and I 's favorite. They have hot chocolate if you request. Friendly smiling staff. Also the line can be long but who cares, whatever 's hardwhile is worthwhile.

Great coffee and the employees are always friendly, fast and accurate. This is definitely my favorite place to get coffee! I like my coffee with a strong, bold, rich kick and this coffee hits all of that. Fabulous!

This used to be our favorite place to grab a drink for our outings, but recently the service has been slow and lacking enthusiasm. On several occasions, our visits have caused us to arrive late to our destination. Now, we choose to go to other Gravity stands if the line is longer than one car.
