Del Taco - Federal Way

So there we were.... Just my dad and I.. been about a year and change since our last Del Taco fix... (We lived in Southern California) We were driving from Woodinville to Port Orchard to visit his girlfriend at the time (very sweet lady, literally the nicest woman ever) and we got hungry, looking to see what was in the area via the Google maps on my cellphone and there it was... with a trembling voice and a shakey hand I ask my dad how a Spicy Jack chicken quesadilla from Del taco would sound. He laughed and said yeah, we we had a Del Taco up here I GPS 'd us to it without a hesitation, and without him knowing.. the look on his face when we pulled into view of the Del Taco, the smile on his face, the sheer eagerness in his eyes, the look, of a man who had prayed to God; and got a miracle just before his eyes; I believe the one that discovered fire, or electricity had the same look in their eyes as my dad did... he was one happy man, I was one happy son. We sat through the drive through for not that long, but it was worth ever second of it. We both enjoyed out favorites. Him with his Spicy Jack Chicken Quesadilla, and I, with my Del Beef Burrito amd ½lb green bean and cheese (make it bold) we almost had tears in our eyes, we could have hugged in that Ford Expedition he owned at the time. It was truly a blessing, it was the light we needed to keep going, it was truly, a Godsend... don 't let anyone ever tell you this place is just Fast Food this place, is a Del Taco.

This place makes no sense, whenever I go here the food is usually pretty good but 80% of the time they are closed. Got a trash can in the drive through. Today when I pulled up the drive-through line was long so I figured out go inside because it 's filled with people and there 's also people eating on the patio but yet there was a piece of paper that said closed on the front desk. So annoying for a place that 's 24 hours

The epic burrito with carne asada did not taste how I imagined it would… certainly not like thin skirt steak pieces but big chunks of meat… wish I could have just ordered ground beef. The French fries actually smelled faintly like human feces… I was in disbelief but right before I was about to take a bite, the smell hit me. I am currently pregnant so my nose is extra sensitive and I don’t know what the heck they put in there that made it smell that way… except for possibly the unimaginable. I never write reviews but I just had to, I vomited after the smell of fries got me. I was really disappointed. I used to love this place. Service and speed was great but food is bad.

Food is good and kept at a great temp. Received our food fast and friendly. While we was eating there was a young lady keeping the eating area clean. We ate outside as it was a very nice day. The outside was nice and cleaned as well. They also are open 24gr throb the drive through

Way too long of a wait at almost 4 am. Must have been short a guy or two. Trash all over the parking lot. Would've been alright but, no answers at door from the 3 people inside. Employees? Strange. Doors locked and no answer when called. Busy guys, stayed upbeat and were polite when order was taken.
