Consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Excellent customer service. I've eaten here about 5 times now, and every single time, it's been the same awesome experience. It's why I'll visit here instead of the one in Lakewood, although closer to home. It's rare these days to consistently have fast, friendly service, along with hot, fresh, and delicious food. Your hard work does not go unnoticed. Much appreciated. View all feedback.
What Mr mr M doesn't like about Church's Texas Chicken:
I went in to the business several days before the 4 th of July. I have seen the American Flag is torn and weathered I spoke with the manager and informed him about the Flag must be replaced as of July 5th the torn and weathered flag is not replaced if you are a Veteran or family member of a veteran please don't spend your money at this business until the Due respect is shown for the American Flag which must be replac... I was visiting from Sacramento and stopped by this restaurant after landing since it’s close to my grandmother’s house. Last night, my uncle spent over $70 here. My mom ordered the two-piece meal, but when it arrived, she only received two wings for over $12. The girl at the window then informed us that they were out of spicy chicken breasts. Overall, the customer service wasn't very good.
The customer service here is absolutely terrible! When I call to request a half-and-half mix of Original and Spicy chicken, that's exactly what I expect to receive. I called back to address the issue with my order, but instead of trying to find a solution to better serve me, the employee was far more concerned about me returning the chicken. They kept insisting, “It’s not my rules; it’s corporate’s.” I get it—those are the corporate rules—but did corporate take my order? Come on! If I'm paying for my food, you need to deliver on your end! Corporate, if you’re reading this, please reach out to your employees and provide proper training so we can all be on the same page!
I visited the establishment a few days before the 4th of July and noticed that the American flag was torn and weathered. I spoke to the manager and informed him that the flag needed to be replaced by July 5th. If the torn and worn flag is still not replaced, I urge veterans and their families to reconsider spending their money at this business until they demonstrate the proper respect for the American flag by replacing it.
Consistently served hot, fresh, and delicious food. The customer service is excellent. I've eaten here around five times, and each time has been a fantastic experience. This is why I choose this location over the one in Lakewood, even though it's closer to my home. It's becoming increasingly rare to find fast and friendly service paired with hot, fresh, and tasty food. Your hard work truly stands out, and I really appreciate it.
Overall, the restaurant delivers a solid level of consistency. The staff is always friendly; however, during my last visit, the coleslaw had an off taste. Fortunately, no one got sick, but it didn't taste quite right, especially since we usually order it every time we visit.
