Baskin-robbins - Federal Way

I had to wait for about five minutes after the family in front of me finished getting their ice cream before I was helped. When I finally received my milkshake, it was very thin and didn’t taste good at all. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Additionally, the staff had their hair down, and I noticed pink spoons scattered on the floor. Rather than properly disposing of them, they simply picked them up and tossed them back into the container, which I found quite unsanitary. Their overall attitude was quite intimidating, making the experience even less pleasant.

I visited this Baskin Robbins today at 6:30, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and the positive attitude of the staff. I was having a rough day, but the three girls with brown hair working there were so kind that I immediately felt uplifted. The warm atmosphere of the shop contributed to making my experience even better. The girls were cheerful and a delight to interact with. They recommended some of their favorite flavors, including the delicious pralines and ice cream. Even though the place was quite busy, they managed the hustle and bustle with grace and positivity. They even added a personal touch by playing their own music, which enhanced the lively energy of the shop. Overall, I loved the vibe at this Baskin Robbins, and the service was exceptional.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! I visited this Baskin Robbins on June 20, 2018, and the two staff members managed the hectic situation wonderfully. Despite dealing with some rude customers, they remained respectful throughout. The sundae I ordered was pristine, perfectly made, and tasted incredible! I would give it a 10 out of 10. Great job, ladies! If you ever see this, thank you!

Asked for a vanilla ice cream w chocolate swirl and was given chocolate with some whitish stuff in it. Girls were rude and not customer service oriented and when told I was hearing impaired they made little effort to accommodate my disability. Will not return there again! Definitely should avoid this place as it is over priced with poor service from teenagers.

Based on my experiences here, the customer service from the employees has been pretty good. The ice cream itself was fine. No issues overall and would return.
