Starbucks - Federal Heights

So over priced. Now with coffee going up on price, who knows how much they are gonna charge for their drinks. McDonald's $1.09-Starbucks $5.90..What?

Coffee should not cost 11 dollars. Without food. That's insane.

Actually normally love coffee from Starbucks! This was WORST ever!! ...

This store smells like dirty rags. Not sure what they did to my pink drink. They didn't shake it in a shaker with half coconut milk and half refresher. When I questioned them they told me that's corporate policy and they have to make it that way because they don't have a shaker. I stormed out angry my pink drinks looked horrible and tasted horrible. I drove to 120th and huron my home Starbucks and they treated me with respect and remade both of my drinks. They agreed that there was no policy change and the customer is always right. They were happy to help fix my pink drinks. They made it delicious. I will never visit the one on 104th and federal again.

I like Starbucks but this location is painfully slow and unorganized. They don't greet you as you step to the counter. I expect more customer service from Starbucks. As far as the food and coffee goes- it's just as good as every other location.
