I truly want to enjoy this place, but the quality has decreased significantly. The sandwich wasnt terrible but the fill was a bit on the skimpy side and I couldnt tell what was in it except for the chicken. I wasnt able to detect the other ingredients and flavors. The free shortbread cookie was wonderful. Unfortunately I didnt realize it was a soft cookie, and it broke into a million pieces, some falling on the floor. Best tasting shortbread Ive ever tasted, and the dogs enjoyed it too! That being said, I do love Panera and will order again and will try another sandwich.
