What ØL Horbury doesn't like about Grantley Hall:
Service and communication appalling, management hide behind staff , this is not how you conduct service in what I call a 6 star hotel in the uk . I’m not boring you with details as I could write for hrs . It’s a lovely hotel with top class facilities but the back end staff management are very bad , front of house are very professional and provide you with the service you require in such a up market establishment. We had the most fabulous day at Grantley Hall today. A beautiful hotel, excellent food, a stunning spa and wonderful staff in particular Reuben (in the Three Graces Lounge) and Michele (in the spa) both were so kind and helpful and made my stay so pleasurable.
