Whataburger - Fayetteville

Waited in Line B while we watched Line A get served. 3 cars passed and we still had not received our order. When I finally parked my car and went inside to get my food the little girl at the window wanted to be hateful. Saying that the boy that wasn 'tdoing his job should stand up for himself . When I FINALLY made it out with my food the other cars in Line B gave me athumbs up! BUT after all that my food was COLD! THANKS WHAT A FREAKING COLD BURGER XOXOX WONT BE BACK

The longest wait times imaginable, and the food wasn?t even fresh. Avoid at all costs. Edit to add, should have taken my own advice. This trip did not go well either. Online order took forever, and the fries were half empty. Guess I should inspect myorder before leaving.

We were on our way back home to Springfield, MO from Van Buren, AR and decided to stop at Whataburger, as we usually do. This was our first visit to this specific location, and it was incredibly disappointing. The inside was dirty, and we ordered four burgers, requesting one slice of cheese on each, but were charged for two slices instead. To make matters worse, the burgers were cold. I really hope the new location opening in Springfield will be better, but I'm not too optimistic.

We started off with a disappointing experience, but it ended up being fantastic! The burger we ordered was incorrect, and since it was a customized order, this had happened several times before. We pointed it out to the staff, and Annette went above and beyond to ensure we received our food exactly as we wanted it. We were genuinely surprised and extremely grateful for her efforts!

I've been eagerly awaiting the opening of a Whataburger in Little Rock, which I hear is happening soon. So, while visiting a friend in the area, I decided to get a sneak peek of what's in store. To be honest, I wasn't too impressed. I ordered the single Whataburger combo with cheese and added mayo since it only comes with mustard. It was just okay, and the fries were decent, but the ketchup was a bit too sweet for my liking. I might give them another shot to try the chicken sandwich and perhaps some breakfast items.
