The food was good, the salad fixings need to be looked at closer though, the young man who waited on us was good and attentive. The patio, where we ate, was a MESS! The 3 young ladies who came out, after about 40 minutes to clean it, were grumpy, not happy about having to clean it and you could tell that from their comments and facial expressions ???? I guess they missed the part in training about having to buss tabl... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about U.s. Pizza Downtown Conway:
I have been coming to US Pizza company for years, and I have to say today was very disappointing for the very first time. The Dickson location are making small salads and charging large prices. I usually can take half my salad home and still get full, and now i didn't even get full on the one large salad i got. They put a small salad on a large plate and called it a large.. Sad to say, but I won't be back to this loc... View all feedback.
The service here was excellent and I?m sure a few of the kids would have gave it five stars. I have it four because they don?t put much sauce or cheese on their pizzas. The cheese pizza had plenty of cheese, but no sauce. They are essentially flat bread pizzas, no crust and that?s fine, but even with all the toppings they put in the pizzas (see pictures) they are a little ?dry? without any sauce. The atmosphere is really good and the prices are a little high, but given the location in Fayetteville (Dickson Street) it makes sense. Very valuable and expensive real estate they have there. I can?t emphasize enough how good the service was and how quickly we were served. Would give 4.5 stars if I could, but again, the pizza wasn?t really 5 star pizza. See pictures from our visit. The place is pretty dark in terms of lighting. Romantic??? ????
I grew up going to the Maumelle location, love the food. Need to start coming more often. EDIT: I 'm not sure what 's happened to this location, but the attention to detail has gone way down. I recently ordered a large ceasar salad, a large supreme salad, and a large pepperoni pizza, with extra ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The ceasar was easily half the size it usually is, the supreme had hardly any turkey and NO bacon, they forgot the buffalo sauce, and the ceasar dressing!! What 's a ceasar salad without ceasar dressing?! They were also loaded with rotten lettuce, I couldn 't believe it. This isn 't the first time I 've had extra sauces i ordered left out, but the quality of the food is where I draw a line. The pizza was fine, but I 've always come for the salads, and sadly I think this is my last time to visit this location.
Rock hard crust so hard that the pizza cutter couldn't cut the crust. Sawing through became my chore. No silverware for half of table and what silverware we had was dirty. Asked for pork sausage and received Italian sausage not once, not twice, but 3 times. Filthy restrooms with no soap. One ticket at table got comped and the rest of us still paid full price for a rock hard burnt Italian sausage pizza that we clearly didn't eat. I've gone here for years trust me, it's disgusting now. Shame on the management and ownership for letting it get to this point. The workers are trying their hardest but it's evident they do not have support from the top. It's time for managers and owners to take responsibility and stop blaming complete organizational failure on employees.
Food was okay, but service was not, order appetizers, boneless wings, and stuffy sticks which was put in order in before the pizza and 2half salads 1 half Sandwich 1 whole sandwich. It took a good twenty minutes to get refills after the two salad were delivered, which by then 4 out 5 drinks were completely Emily. the wings had bones and I said nope cancel that now, and the stuffy stick ended up coming with the pizza and sub with the whole was a half, they replace and fix the sandwich offered to only charge us for a half, and took the wings off, then also notice put to 3 dollars in charges for salad dressing and marinara, on which the server did not ask he choose to bring, I would of chose one over the either instead of getting charge, endless to say this visit was not worth 85 dollars. I miss the little rock U.S. Pizza in level, I will most likely never return to this location.
My husband and I are staying in town for the weekend and decided to grab a bite to eat, this place did not disappoint. Although we got there an hour before close, we were greeted quickly and with a smile. We were sat right away and a very kind and friendly gentleman took our order. We ordered the regular bread sticks and they were amazing! Not your average bread stick, these were made with those tiny hoagie buns, stuffed with delicious mozzarella, just perfection. We also ordered the Mexican Chicken pizza and well.... we've never had anything like it. I'm normally a hand tossed thick crust person, but their crust was thin, crisp and perfectly made. What a great late night experience and one on a complete whim, since we know nothing about this area at all. We will definitely visit it again on our next stay in Fayetteville.
