A very good thin crust pizza with sausage n onions. The wings were crispy like we ordered and also free when we used the Syracuse Book coupon. The service was very good.

Food was terrible and completely disappointing. I got sick within an hour of eating and my husband and child were not far behind, sick all night into next day. I contacted the restaurant the next day and an unfriendly manager, Josh wasn 't too enthused to take my call. He was less than helpful and said the General Manager would contact me within the next day or so, which did not happen. The pasta was undercooked. Baked Haddock and Shrimp Scampi were the other entrees. The service, not to any fault of the server, was less than acceptable Chris did his best to take care of multiple people with what appeared to be no additional help. There was one server for most of the restaurant. Several times, the front desk was left empty we watched two sets of customers come in and leave because they waited so long to be seated. Several tables were not cleared for the whole time we were in the restaurant. This restaurant used to be my child 's favorite, mainly because of the make it yourself ice cream sundae even he said, I think this will be the last time we eat here ; it was that bad.

We ordered a $100 order this weekend. Two salads a personal pizza and a medium deep dish. One of the salads they didn't give us and when we called them to ask them about it they said there was nothing they could do even though on the stickers of my order they only had 1/3 2/3 3/3 when my order showed I paid and ordered for 4 items. $100!!! Now for a person pizza medium pizza and one salad. Mind you this salad was $15. Whatever. So we ate what we had. When I say the deep dish pizza was a rock I'm not kidding you could chip a tooth on that. And the salad we did get had wilted lettuce and spoiled strawberry's. $100 mind you. Never going again. Horrible service horrible food.
