I was very disappointed! The delivery took over an hour and a half, and the pizza was both dry and cold when it arrived.

Where can you find a better pizza? It's always delicious and consistently great! No disappointments here. I just had a large garlic pizza with sausage and mushrooms, and it was perfect!

Unfortunately, I can only give this experience 2 stars, but that’s solely because the delivery driver was outstanding. The fries were soggy and dripping with oil, and the pizza was undercooked and soggy as well. My kids, who usually love pizza, took a few bites and wouldn't eat anymore. When I opened the polystyrene boxes, the contents were all mixed together, and to my dismay, the melting styrofoam had gotten over everything. I couldn't reach anyone by phone to request a refund. Everything except for the salad—which was the only decent item—will have to go in the trash. I ended up wasting $36 and feeling completely disgusted.

Order a little pizza.... I still don't understand why they don't put wax paper in the box before the pizza, but still my garlic pizza was the greasiest pizza I've ever had. Will not come back

Editing, removing stars. We placed an order tonight, for pick up to avoid the hours-long wait of delivery on a Saturday. Returned home and the fries were missing from the Philly cheese sub $12.99+, while also for leaving off the bun as no gluten free option). Called immediately, the person on the phone offered to have fries ready if we ?come get them?, the appropriate response for forgetting half the meal on an $85 carry out order is to apologize and comp the meal that was wrong, not tell you to come back. I?m not looking for perfection but shops cannot raise prices and then deliver half of a meal and waste our time. Had to go back, by the time we?ve wasted more time and gas, the rest of the food was cold/soggy. Original: I grew up eating Twin Trees, and just ordered after a 20 year hiatus after moving back to Syracuse. The pizza is exactly as I remembered. The whole family is raving. Bright sauce flavor, perfect sauce:cheese:dough ratios. I never tried the pasta Alfredo until tonight and it?s *amazing* Delivery was 20 minutes early, nice!
