Starbucks - Fayetteville

This is the best Starbucks in Fayetteville! Staff is always amazing and always have smiles on their faces! Their drinks are always on point and they keep the store clean. Very nice atmosphere if you just want to sit and chill.

I went to this location today, and was picking up an online order. The Asian lady with the 2 ponytails waited on me. She told me my order wasn't ready, which was a lie. She looked behind her and saw my order on the counter. She only needed to put it in a bag. Two Caucasian customers came in after me, and she called them by their names. She swiftly waited on them, and they received their orders quickly. They got their stuff before me. I was standing there waiting over 15 minutes. I asked someone else about my order, which was still on the counter. She said yes it was my order. She bagged it up for me and apologized. I could have left awhile ago, but the Asian lady obviously didn't feel my order was a priority. She needs to make sure she treat all the customers the same, regardless if it's an online, in person order, or if she knows the customer. Her customer service is absolutely disgusting!!!!!

Drive through cashier was so rude, my husband asked if he can add a vanilla scone and before he was even done speaking she literally yelled at my husband saying “no I can’t add anything!’ After that my daughter asked if she can use her partner numbers and she answered as if she was a police officer. Do you work for Starbucks?! I’ll be needing 2 proofs of ID, I understand that part but the way she was speaking to us was unacceptable. My daughter was showing her the apron and her tshirt from Starbucks she had just gotten off work. That wasn’t accepted, thankfully she had her id. Point is that Starbucks needs to hire nice people and not rude mad employees. For a minute I thought I was at McDonald’s. She was an older white lady maybe middle aged with blue eyes wearing a face mask. I hope Starbucks is reading my review.

Starbucks is always good. The people working there were really friendly and upbeat.The service was great.

I had great food and beverage BUT when i asked the cashier for my baguette that she didnt hand me ,HER comment was did you order it??? Dont you guys have a screen that shows what each car ordered??
