Slim Chickens - Fayetteville

The chicken was served hot and fresh, while the coleslaw was decent but a bit warm—possibly due to being next to the freshly cooked chicken. The fried mushrooms, however, were fantastic!

I was unsure about what to order, but the server offered an excellent suggestion. I ended up getting 20 strips and two sides at a fantastic price. This was my first visit to this location, and I found it to be very pleasant, with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. I've been a fan of Slims for years, and now I've found another favorite spot!

This was my first time trying Slim's, and it was okay. Am I the only one who thinks their chicken is a bit stringy? It tends to get stuck in my teeth and has a texture that reminds me of cardboard, haha. Hope that's not too much information!

Ordered for a NYE party after an issue with an order from a different company. Super friendly, food was ready on time and order was accurate.

I have bought food at Slim Chickens about six or seven times since I live nearby. The chicken and deserts don 't taste like regular drive through food so don 't look for soggy, tasteless food. Everything that I ordered tasted great. Like southern home made food. (The good kind : As a matter of fact you can easily park your car, walk inside and eat your meal in a ranch sort of atmosphere. I don 't want to list the whole menu but if you want something a little different than burgers or pizza, give Slim Chickens a chance. You can try battered and fried mushrooms, pickles and okra. There are a lot of other things like slaw, wonder home styled jar deserts, salad, fries and mac and cheese. ...just try them out. Try it you ' 'l like it. I hope that everyone near a slim chickens restaurant gets to sample their food. It isnt just tasty but beautiful to look at, the ambiance inside is comforting and the employees are so friendly.
