The burger cost me... read more The manager, Shaquille, was very disrespectful and unpleasant. My bacon was burnt and my bun was so soggy that I couldn't even eat my burger. The burger cost me $15 and came with only six sidewinder fries, which were also soggy. When I complained, the manager responded rudely, asking me what I wanted him to do about it. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and I would give it a rating of zero if possible. Additionally, the burger was very greasy and the fries were overly salty.

The burge... read more Rustic Burger looked promising but failed to live up to the hype. We ordered guac burger and the buffalo burger. We asked for medium cooked hamburger. The burger was dry and overcooked. The fries were soggy, the ambiance wasn’t great either. The staff is friendly though. The buffalo burger specifically states blue cheese crumbles not a slice of blue cheese. It fell apart and was hard to eat. Unfortunately we won’t be coming back.

How... read more I ordered the onion cheddar burger at this restaurant and found it to be just okay. I decided to replace my side with a wedge salad for an additional $2.50. However, I was disappointed to find that the salad was made with green leafy lettuce instead of the traditional iceberg wedge. It had toppings of bacon, blue cheese, and tomato, but it did not come with any dressing, which is typically blue cheese and a balsamic reduction. The side of fried pickles was also disappointing, as they tasted like they were store-bought from the frozen food section, very greasy, and the pickles were mushy. Overall, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The lady in the kitchen had a bad attitude when I asked for extra BBQ sauce, and when I got home, both my wife and I found that our burgers tasted overly salty. It seemed like they had poured salt on them, as we could even taste the crunch. I had already received my food in bags before asking for the sauce, so it was not a timing issue. It seems like they either don't know how to cook a simple burger, were trying to mask something bad, or had a problem with me personally. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant, even though we used to go there when it first opened. Goodbye Rusty Burger, we will miss your old charm and food.
