The food at this restaurant is still delicious, however, the staff is very poor. I am unsure if Rosa has hired new employees recently because their attitudes greatly diminish the charm that used to be associated with Rosa's. I've been eating at Rosas's Home Cooking since the opening. I've been watching it grow into a neighborhood stop. I love the quality of food and menu choices, the staff is great and always strives to meet your needs, and usually Mrs. Rosa will come and talk to you to see how things go. I recommend this Homestyle restaurant!
My husband and family love going to Rosa's...especially when I don't feel like cooking. Great neighborhood location! Great tasting food with awesome food choices. Love the portions and the prices. Simply good home cooking!! Never a hassle. Comfortable and peaceful dining. We will be having Rosa's at least once a week!!
The food is awesome! I would recommend this place even to the pickiest eaters.
Checked out Rosa's today after purchasing a Groupon. It was clean, quaint, friendly atmosphere. The food was great and reasonably priced. The food was well seasoned, flavorful and you can taste the natural flavors of the meats. We had fried chicken, oxtail (tender), mash potatoes(can be eaten alone),mac cheese(the kids favorite), cornbread and potato salad. The chocolate cake and cheese cake were the perfect end to a great meal. My children coming from a West Indian background are picky eaters and they really enjoyed their meals. We will become regulars at Rosa's Home Cooking.
The staff is friendly. All of the dishes I have tried were very good, have not been disappointed. The price is fair compared to the portions. Will definitely be back.
