Papa Johns Pizza - Fayetteville

I gave them 4 stars because Papa Johns in Fayetteville usually with their pizzas BUT TODAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I order two stuffed crust pizzas for children for their lunchtime @11 the pizza came an hour later KOLD AND DOUGHY, where the carers take care of the PIE. I called out my complaint, and the General Manager TIFFANY tells me another 1.5 hours, because I have to wait because they have other commands AND get the PIZZA what it does. HORRIBLE FOR WORKING AND I will be on my PIZZA's. Waiting for update: This is the remake....smdh why should you even send it to your customers? SAD

Accidentally my phone had on quiet and delivery guy ended back to the store. All delivery personnel have problems with my address, so I can't mistake them. Marquil, in the store, was friendly, professional and understanding back to them during my call. Resolve my problem efficiently. felt bad for our delivery driver Josh, how gas is CRAZY during this time, but he was fast and friendly. Increased his tip by fast service and real effort. Great location and professional staff.

Since reopening, they have been somewhat underused by their temporary closure, but the staff works under pressure and takes all commands independently. They were sure the people were waiting for the status of their order updated and did everything they could go the night. Of course, it took a little longer due to a lack of staff, but the food was still great.

A service! We had 15 pizzas. They were ready in time, all perfectly cooked, and no mistakes on our order. Very recommended!
