Just got back to work with my Quarter pounder, took one bite and it is raw on the inside. Not medium well or slightly pink but cool, red, uncooked ground beef. Oh, did I mention no one will answer the phone so I can't call and let them know that whoever is cooking actually ISN'T cooking. They also didn't give me a receipt so I can't leave feedback through their official channels. Winning on all levels. Good job McDon... View all feedback.

This was likely the slowest drive-thru service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. The frappe tasted like cleaning chemicals, and the ice was just as off-putting. The hamburger buns always seem stale. Although it's less than five minutes from my house, I would much rather drive 10 minutes to find a better option. View all feedback.

The food is really good, but there are times when they get some things wrong, like forgetting the patty, leaving out the ketchup, or messing up the order. Overall, though, I enjoyed my meal. My son, Jayden B., actually works there, but his name tag says Vayden instead of Lol.
I’m giving this a three-star rating to avoid skewing the overall assessment. However, they really need to improve their drive-thru organization. I decided to leave the line because I was concerned after witnessing another customer's behavior. He had stopped in the lane dividing the two drive-thru tracks, and when I tried to shift to the left lane, he turned his car towards me without any warning. I then opted to go around him to the outside lane, which happened to be the busier one, and he started yelling and swerving at me. Ironically, he was the one in the wrong, not me. His aggressive reaction made me feel unsafe, so I drove away. It was 3:28 PM on Friday, August 5th, and it took less than eight minutes to exit the drive-thru. They need to understand that not having a clear system leads to unpleasant experiences and could cause them to lose customers. I'm not sure if I'll return.
Not pictured: two missing happy food fries updated review 5 months later: I decided to spend the first time in years to try extra and their quarters. they messed it so bad and put so much extra on them vs the level I asked for them to even have an extra patty for free and then completely covered that one in sauce as well.
Stopped by the drive thru for some drinks after running some errands. Used to not have any issues with this location, but this time the wait was much longer than usual. The staff member in charge of taking the food out to the vehicles seemed well organized, but the staff inside were having some trouble keeping up and staying organized with the orders.
