J. R. Crickets Fayetteville

On June 19th, I visited their location in Fayetteville, GA, along with two others. We all ordered chicken dishes, but it seemed like others who arrived after us were being served while we weren't. After waiting for 30 minutes, I asked the server if there was an issue with our order. Their response was, and I quote, "We're just waiting for the bun to come up." We had already gone somewhere else for lunch by that point.

The wings were soggy, and for the price, they really should have been better. The customer service was alright. The bartender seemed to be handling everything on her own, which made it take a while for me to be served, especially since I was hoping for a more expert experience. I might consider going back, but it doesn't compare to the original Jr. Cricket. That said, it could still be a decent spot for game night. I’ll let her know if I plan to come in for a football game.

They really don't value their customers' time or money. I spent 90 minutes there: 15 minutes just to look over the menu, another 30 minutes waiting for our food, and an additional 30 minutes to get the check. We only had 15 minutes to eat the food, which was incorrect because our server wrote our order on a napkin. My partner even asked if she could get it right since she was using a napkin for our order. After waiting five minutes for our food, we were informed that there were no hamburgers available and that we could only order Texas toast. After such a long wait, what's the point in changing our order? At least that was a bit chaotic. The service was terrible—absolutely dreadful. When have you ever seen a JR Crickets that is 80% empty on a Saturday afternoon? I had to return my meal because it was wrong, and I took it upon myself to stand at the register to avoid her disappearing again. With her flashy attitude, she charged me a 20% tip before I could even say anything, and I noticed she did it on purpose. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing.

Today my first time to eat here and I am glad that I did it because not everyone good hot wing cooks, but j. r. crickets has ordered them on point mild wings with lemon pepper sprinkles and fries everything was great I will be now again I have two favorite flying spots J.R crickets and american deli!

Came here for a staff event recently and enjoyed myself. J R Crickets is pretty basic when it comes to food choices, so no surprises there. We feasted on fish, rice and a variety of chicken wings. The staff was very helpful and had good attitudes even though they were serving a large crowd. I would visit this location again.
