Dunkin' - Fayetteville

Come here almost every Sunday before the church. They always make my coffee as I like it, and do it with a warm and sincere “good morning” and “have a big day”. Make my Sunday even better!

A lovely spot to relax and enjoy! The music and ambiance are beautiful!

I typically stop by just for a coffee refill, but their donuts are quite good as well. The staff is mostly made up of young people, and they really excel in their roles. I hope the company recognizes their hard work!

What a large group of young people with excellent customer service skills. Your customer service is better than the experienced worker. The taste of the coffee I wished was not made at the time. Naomi offered me a fresh cup of coffee. She gave me such warmth. She was even nice to the cup. The cashier Anna was a breath of fresh air like Chase. Thank you for feeling like an estimated customer. Store Manager, please recognize these three for excellent customer service.

Today, I ordered a large iced caramel, and I must say, they are really stepping up their game! It was the best coffee I've ever had from Dunkin'—so unique and incredibly delicious! The cashier was also very sweet and gave my two pups some amazing pup cups. I will always love this place, and I've never had any issues with them.
