Chuck E. Cheese's - Fayetteville

I was there just a few hours ago to celebrate my son's second birthday, and overall, we had a great experience. Although they were extremely short-staffed, the employees did a wonderful job! We will definitely be coming back.

The restaurant was quite clean and not crowded, especially since we visited on a Monday. A young woman at the front counter told us she would be right back to assist us, but after waiting over 15 minutes, we ended up figuring out how to get a play pass ourselves. Several games were out of order, and one that was supposed to print a picture didn't work for us. There was no one available to address our concerns, as the girl at the reception was not around. Additionally, some games deducted points from our account without letting us play.

Thank goodness we didn't see any dogs in this area; I just wanted my big dreamers to feel like kids! Everyone was friendly and provided excellent customer service. We had a wonderful time yesterday celebrating my grandson Jeffery's 4th birthday. Everyone was kind and very helpful, thanks to the outstanding customer support!

I brought my young daughter here twice in the last six months. Both times were great. Friendly staff, clean space and no more than one or two machines/games out of service. However, I would like to see them return the hand stamps. The stand was either active with us? ve away and there is peace of mind.

Awesome establishment and the best staff. My daughters first trip to Chuck E. Cheese was so memorable thanks to Kelton Shakeeria. If Management is reading this please recognize them. We got there at 7:45 and They were closing early at 8pm due to short staffing and I completely understand but, they allowed us stay and enjoy the experience. Thank you again and I will return again and again. The facility was clean and organized and well taken care of. We played all the games over and over.
