From the journey by order with fast service. The order was correct and beautiful and hot chicken pliers. I love the spiced fries, but don't understand why there's a cookie with the meal. Also a great place for lunch on a busy street with easy access. View all feedback.
What Sunshine Haynie doesn't like about Bojangles:
The drive-through cashier was HORRIBLE. She overcharged me for a combo meal by upgrading my food without asking me. When I asked her why was it so much she told me the prices went up but when I looked at my receipt that was a lie. Then when the managerfixed it she did not even give me my receipt back. Very organized for departure. Delicious food. Good prices too. Usually quite clean. Service was great and friendly.

Chicken supremes were fresh and delicious, but it is inexcusable to not have fry seasoning, Mac n cheese, or ketchup packets all at the same time. It?s clear someone is not keeping up with stock at this location.
Come on. It?s only 11am and I have to pull my car up and wait over 10 mins for tenders and there?s no pumpkin pie available but they?re advertising it everywhere. Several cars left before me that were behind me.
I believe this establishment needs to either close its doors or hire a staff that is genuinely willing to work. The employee with red and blonde micro braids slammed the door right in my face and hurried away as if she didn’t even see me. As a truck driver, I understand that not everyone can pull up to the window. The customer service here is truly terrible.
