My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The lack of a complimentary breakfast was a significant downside. Furthermore, the presence of many children in the hotel due to a bowling tournament made it difficult for us to enjoy the pool. We had specifically chosen this hotel for the pool, as I have medical issues and was hoping to use it to help relieve my hip pain after a long drive. While the room itself was nice and located on the second floor, the elevator was located at the far end of the building, which was quite a trek from our room. This forced us to take the stairs, which proved to be a challenge for me.
This Holiday Inn, conveniently situated just off I-95, was a delightful experience. The staff was warm and friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was of average size but well-kept. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
I recently stayed at the NEW Holiday Inn Express, which is different from the older Holiday Inn just a few doors down. The location is very convenient, right off of Interstate 95. The building is modern and new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed. The bathrooms are nice, featuring excellent showers, and the beds are comfortable—essential for long drives. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The free breakfast met my expectations for this chain, and the breakfast area was spotless and well-maintained. I will definitely choose to stay here again.
The only downside to our stay was that there was just one elevator, and our room was on the far side of the hotel. Given the layout, it was quite a trek from the elevator to our room. We were able to carry our heavy bags up the stairs, but I can see how less mobile, older, or less strong guests might struggle with that. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic – the room, the lounge, and the staff were all wonderful. Thank you!
