To make an order at the theke, it was said that I could only use the kiosk to order. the dame was manager for this place. was very rude and not at all helpful. fries are over salt burger is dry. if they can't handle customer service, they shouldn't be a manager. cudos to the man who took my money. he said she's going to make everyone command the kiosk. head up.

Poor service. the person who took the window was not helpful or polite. I understand it's just almost food, but they could have been nice. I have canceled my order

I waited 16 minutes for my lunch, and I ordered. the drive thru goes faster than the order ahead. what is the point

Service was fairly hands off until I actually got to talk face to face with a human. Using the kiosk took longer than dealing with a person. Food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The floor in the dining room was really slick. Be careful!

Friendly employees, but that is where it ended. The dining area and women’s restroom was filthy, no napkins in the only dispenser and it was 1030 a.m. on Saturday July 2nd so there was not a rush crowd. We verified the takeout order prior to leaving parking lot and was missing both hash browns and side of bacon was barely one piece. Ending on a good note, Manager was very courteous and remedied the problem quickly. Just wish places could get it right the first time.
