The food is always good. Service is good too. The best sweet tea around.

I eat here at least 3 times a month. The spud max is the best and their tea and lemonade are both fantastic!

Ordering on the app would not let us use our gift cards.

Friendly staff and ok but expensive food, very busy. Seating is a hassle. Very loud and noisy. People walk everywhere trying to find a place to sit.

This was the best experience I’ve had at McAllisters! The potato soup is always so amazing! We couldn’t afford the extra baguettes so we asked the cashier to take them off and she did, so we paid and sat down- and they still brought us the extra baguettes!! This was my birthday dinner so it was a very happy surprise! Then, Abraham came to our table and offered refills and took our dirty plates. This is the first time I’ve come to McAlisters and had anyone approach my table and take our dishes. The only time! So Abraham definitely deserves some good recognition : he was excellent, the cashier (can’t remember her name was very sweet and soft spoken, and the soup is always the best in NWA. I love coming back here!
