This restaurant needs a new manager who doesn't send death threats to people. Nikki Menard should be dismissed.

It is important for restaurants to only include items on their menu that they are properly prepared to serve. I paid $10.00 for the party pack of nachos and received two Nacho Bell Grande instead. This was a rip off!

This restaurant does not deserve a single star. The establishment is consistently dirty and unpleasant. I even got food poisoning here once. I will never dine here again. The rude managers need to be replaced with competent employees who do not loiter outside getting high.

This restaurant is incredibly slow. It feels like they need to slaughter the chickens before they can cook them. They are quick to take your money, but then you end up waiting behind five other vehicles for your order. After waiting for 48 minutes, the order is still wrong. They clearly do not understand the concept of fast-food. I could raise and cook a chicken faster myself.

I have attempted to dine at this restaurant for the sake of convenience, but I can't do it anymore. The floors are nasty and greasy, and I almost slipped in the bathroom. I have received the wrong order multiple times, including mashed potatoes with no gravy and no slaw on three separate occasions. Even after complaining and being given a free meal by the manager, the mistakes continued. I went back the next day and informed the manager, but still did not receive the correct order. I am done with this place and will not be returning. The restaurant in Hamilton is no better. I cannot give it more than a 1-star rating, as nothing about this place deserves any stars. It is a 0-star establishment.
