Auberge du Chateau - Fayence

Have never been disappointed by this restaurant that we go there regularly when we are on holiday, but recently on Mother's Day we took the menu at 38€ anyway, and we were very disappointed. already waiting, disorganization at the level of service, the 1gambas entry frozen 1 shrimp on a not too arranged salad, new wait for the dish, back a short net, dessert we were accustomed to better, what is going on? Was there a change in cooks? or the liver fats coconut eggs, etc.?

Fantastic eating, weeping and looking. the Chèvre salad was especially extraordinary!

Very nice restaurant in the heart of the village, the team is very welcoming and the dishes are delicious. I recommend the eyes closed thanks to all this beautiful team
