We chose the fish menu based on Gabriele's precious advice, resulting in an explosion of flavors that delighted our palate and that of our guests. The food was... read more We accidentally bumped into Skene on our way to our holiday home the other day and thought we should try it. It was a excellent instinctive choice. The food was excellent and the price surprisingly reasonable for the quality and the amount of food. All reviews were Italian and foreign visitors like us would have missed it. So if you want some great Sicilian food with excellent locally produced ingredients, do not hesitate.
