Have spent a few days in the isle on tarn and not want to cook, by sweeping us around the lake found this small hostel where florence welcomed us in a friendly and friendly way!! after the 1st meal on Tuesday where we discovered the formula of noon with dessert dish and 1/4 wine offered at 13.50€ our door currency and especially our taste buds have been delighted !! that from home !the boss is the cook and makes us savor by detailing the recipe before each tasting!!! spices and aromas are at the rendezvous, a simple and tasty cuisine, the thierry boss proudly presents us with the menu changed every day on a black painting!! of course we came to lunch with pleasure the three days and were never disappointed! not to miss the crunchy fudge of caramel apples with calvados: a slaughter like the small homemade quiches for me who am in the hardest diet was not to sauce the plate with the fresh baguette and well: I did not resist and the balance did not move like what with good health products as well!!! I am already looking forward to returning to October
