Very nice view if your room is between 240 and 248 facing the sea. Room with zero soundproofing (near neighbor included! Nice room and very cheap at 120 US dollars a night. Probably more in summer. I would think for sea view that this room would be worth USD 200 per night. Right by the sea. Restaurant on site was also very good for the meal I had there. Walkability: I don't think the island is very walkable or even really rideable, but this hotel is not far from the ferry.
