Smoak Town Bbq - Fate

In my husband 's words: this is what I expect from Texas bbq! He had the chopped brisket sandwich and I has the turkey. Both were delicious. The brisket beans have a nice kick and the Mac n cheese is good. We will have to go back to try more. I wantburnt ends next time.

Freaking AWESOME BBQ! The brisket, turkey, sausage, and ribs are fabulous! and the pork burnt ends are simply out of this world!!! Highly recommend Smoak Town BBQ and they should absolutely be on the list of best BBQ joints in Texas. Super friendlystaff running the show. A must try place!

I don?t usually leave reviews for places but for this bbq I just had to. There was a little mixup with my order but the owner and everyone else were so nice and fixed it up no issue. Even before tasting the food I was already happy and impressed witheverything but after tasting it? I had no words. My family has eaten bbq at a ton of places in Rockwall and surrounding area andthis was by far the best that we have ever had! My wife is a huge ribs lover and has been disappointed with most places, she wasblown away with how good they are. We also got the sausage, pulled pork, brisket and turkey and honestly everything was soincredibly good. We will definitely be regulars here from now on! Outstanding food and great service! I will definitely be backfor the pb and j burnt ends.

Had the Cowtown Contender Double Cheese, Double Brisket Patty Smashburger with Bacon, Pork Belly Burnt Ends and Green Chiles. Probably the Best Burger anywhere. So many Flavor Explosions.!!! Also Phenomenal Brisket, Pork Ribs and PB&J Pork Belly BurntEnds. And the Delicious Nana's Pudding for dessert. If you've never been to Smoak Town, GO!!! Make the trip!!!

Smoak Town catered for our wedding in May and it was a huge hit! People were talking about how great the food was after our wedding and that it was some of the best BBQ they had ever had! They did such a great job and provided more than enough food foreveryone. So delicious! I highly recommend using them for catering your wedding if you like BBQ!!!
