14 of us visited this restauant (we pre booked). It was wonderful great welcome, utmost courtesy and a huge menu. Beware, there are some large portions placed before you. Great starter menu but they are filling, complimentary warm bread rolls and butter and a cordon blue sample meal (free of charge) between us helped to fill up some of the smaller appetites. I had white fish in an Almond sauce beautiful !!! The room was very attractive, the kitchen is in full view from the hallway and the staff knew how to prepare and present the food. There are meals to suit all pockets there my two meals came to €31 thats for 1 soup,2 fish main meals, 2 half litres of wine (1 white 1 Red) and 2 Baraquito coffees. They have a daytime menu also which is aimed at the more casual market.

Away from the tourist haunts of Playa de Las Americas and up towards the mountains is a small town call Valle San Lorenzo. We were just cruising around getting our bearings and felt the need for some food. We stumbled across this little restaurant and had a small snack and beer. The waiter was friendly and helped us chose what to eat. He asked if we wished to use the free WiFi also. He was attentive and others within the restaurant were really enjoying their food. It appeared that it was mainly locals who were in there and it seemed quite popular over the period of time we were there. We were advised by friends that if we return we need to have the ribs as they are fantastic something to remember The waiter also brought my wife some sweets to help calm her cough and sneezing very thoughtful
We visited this restaurant on a recent holiday with friends in Tenerife. Staying in a villa nearby we discovered this excellent establishment nearby. A total of 6 of us enjoyed a first rate evening at Paraiso. The food was typically Canarian with the emphasis on local meat. Try the Canarian rabbit and shoulder of lamb really good. One of our party was vegetarian, often a problem in the Canary Islands, but not here. The meals are good value and there is a comprehensive wine list featuring many local wines. Very friendly owner and staff. Highly recommended
