Wonderful place! Everything we had was delicious, especially the cherubini pasta and the hazelnut and chocolate spumone. Great wine and amaro, too. And the service was wonderful. We felt so cared for. Grazie mille!

We had a lovely lunch with Angelo at Vitemia on a cloudy day in March. After an incredible visit to the Azienda Agricola Savoia Masseria (olive farm) the owner, Valeria, called and made a reservation at Vitemia. Angelo was warm and so accommodating to us. We started with antipasti of caponata of roasted peppers, eggplant, tomatoes and onions in their delicious juices and marinated artichokes. Since my husband is vegetarian and allergic to seafood and fish we went the vegetarian way with a ravioloni alla burrata with a fresh tomato sauce and a drizzle of burrata. The filling was a delightful combination of burrata and smoked cheese of some sort as well as herbs. Fantastic! The wines were local and excellent. We finished with housemate tartuffi pistachio for me and white chocolate for hubby. Excellent caffè. Angelo was so welcoming and helpful with my terrible try at Italian. I apologize to him for the muddy floor just had to see that 1000 year old olive tree. Great lunch! Great Day!

Great food, slow service. Food is really good, everything fresh and tasty. But it took really long before we got anything. Drinks, food etc.

A truly wonderful finds Fantastic hospitality unbelievable food a great welcome and service. Seafood was great we really enjoyed our lunch. Would come back again. I wish your business.

I came here from Arizona with an friend and this restaurant is exceptional. The owner and chef prepares authentic local dishes using fresh regional ingredients, creating one of the finest dining experiences in Puglia. During the summer season, reservations are highly recommended, as it can get quite busy. This is one of the best meals I had here so far and I have had many really great dining experiences in the past week. You won’t be disappointed.
