Stayed here recently while working at a local shipyard. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice food. Great breakfast buffet. Even a gym on the 3rd floor! Nice room with balcony, stunning view. Would use again, no problem.
I stood here for a couple of nights, work related. Personnel was kind to us, rooms has an outstanding view point towards the fjord and when we were here weather was amazing. Location is fine; it close to a small mall and a couple of pubs. Would definitely come back if possible. First day when we got here dinner was over, but the attendant was so kind that got us all a pizza for each one of us! Only thing we could've complained is that another day we ask for dinner at the restaurant and we didn't even got it. I think it was because we were 15 mins before closure. Waitresses didn't even deign to tell us it was closed tho.
I recently stayed here whilst working in the nearby shipyard. The rooms are comfortable, but very dated. The hotel could do with some modernisation and refurbishment. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and delicious, reasonably priced food is served in the hotel bar, where there is also a good selection of drinks available.
Good service, friendly staff, good food. The location is fine if you don't mind walking into the little town from the hotel. Takes only 10-15min. Quiet, and nice to have the sea view.
Albeit the gloomy Good Vibes Only neon sign the place is long past it's prime and only partially renovated or modernized, but room, bed and bathroom were clean. The door to the hallway let's you passively participate in anything happening outside, the balcony provides a view of the more industrial parts of Norway. The staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was overall decent but only having toast left two hours before the end.
