Mcdonald's Palmerston City - Farrar

I received the wrong order from the drive-thru. The food was a solid 4 out of 5, but the service was lacking and only rated 2 out of 5. The atmosphere, however, was quite pleasant, scoring a 4 out of 5. Overall, my experience had its ups and downs.

I visited the restaurant at night when I was feeling hungry, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service. The drive-thru is well-designed for individuals with disabilities, making it convenient for everyone. Overall, I had a great experience with the fast service provided.

I ordered 10 nuggets and paid for them, but when I got home, I discovered I only received 6. How charming!

While I dont ever try and give bad vibes I gotta do this one. We order a bunch, its maccas, we all do. But man this place don't care. Apparently their ice cream machines and whatnot break down each week (sounds a bit farfetched). Also, they never pick up the phone.We also sit waiting for food that comes cold. Like, just hand it to us. Or another time when we are told our delivery is on the way, but it's clearly not. Over an hour seems a bit much. I get being busy, but unfortunately lying causes a bad review.Unfortunately I can't do a bad review each time I order. Unfortunately also, it's maccas so I have no choice but to go back if I want maccas.Sorry dudes, the only way for change is me to give this bad review. I dont wanna be a pain.
