This restaurant is a great representation of the chain. It is clean and staffed with knowledgeable employees.

I visited this restaurant today despite the rain and fog, and I was warmly welcomed. I had a delightful conversation with two lovely ladies—sorry, I forgot to catch your names, but you know who you are! Thank you for the great experience. Stay fresh!

To make matters worse, she didn't even wash her hands before putting on gloves and casually wiped her nose with her finger. Instead of starting to make sandwiches, she just went to the back without addressing the customers. She even dared us to reach out to the owner, claiming he wouldn’t care because he already knew about her behavior. It was just unacceptable! I will never return, and I've shared my experience with others, who’ve also decided to stay away. Every time we drive by after 8:30, we see her in the parking lot, hanging out with a rough crowd, smoking cigarettes, and blasting loud music. The owner should really be aware that his night shift is driving customers away and ruining his business!

The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is that the staff could use some additional support. The sweet blonde woman who made both of my sandwiches tonight did an amazing job; they were perfect! She was generous with the ingredients and had a fun personality while preparing my food. Please consider giving her a raise and bringing in some extra help for the team, especially for the shift on Saturday, June 11, at 8:45 PM!

My picky eater absolutely loves the meatball sub — we've finally found a winner! It's conveniently located near the school, and my brother even worked there during high school. The food is always fresh, and the service is lovely. We had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager for our area, who was filling in with his wife. They were both incredibly nice! It was heartwarming to see the GM actively working alongside his staff, and they've always treated my brother well. The place is consistently clean and they go above and beyond to provide great service. One night, right before closing, my son wanted a meatball sub but they had run out. The staff member was so creative and made him a sandwich using steak instead, which my son loved! After school practices and such, I truly appreciate the great service and delicious food. The West End location is my personal favorite!
