Unfortunately, the service can some... read more I visit this McDonald's once or twice a month. Recently, the restaurant underwent a complete renovation and looks fantastic. Unfortunately, the service can sometimes be lacking. For instance, on a Sunday around 5:10 PM, they closed the lobby but still allowed us to place our order at the kiosk. After that, they completely ignored our order for 20 minutes. Then, they informed us that the lobby was closed and that it would take some time before our order was ready, even though it was clearly visible on the screens. I can't understand how an order placed at the kiosk differs from one made through the drive-thru or DoorDash. To add to my frustration, the staff member running around seemed overwhelmed and rude. He could have benefited from slowing down, being more courteous to the customers in the lobby, and actually getting things done.
