Today was the second time I have ordered a NY Steamer to go fully involved, only to get home and the sandwich only has cheese and mayo on it. Am I ordering this wrong, I thought fully involved included numerous item added to the sandwich. Otherwise, the service was very good and quick, and the store is very clean. View all feedback.
Today was the second time I have ordered a NY Steamer to go fully involved, only to get home and the sandwich only has cheese and mayo on it. Am I ordering this wrong, I thought fully involved included numerous item added to the sandwich. Otherwise, the service was very good and quick, and the store is very clean.
It makes no sense that I place an online order, show up 10 minutes later, see people in line ordering their food, and then they get their food while I’m still waiting for mine to be made. It’s not a one time thing either, this has happened three times so far. Don’t bother with online pickup if you need to get back to your work shift, there is a 50/50 chance that you’ll be waiting.It’s sad because I love their food, and know that they are busy at lunch time. If everyone else’s food was late, I’d get it. But online orders are second priority and you will know this.
It's always a good sandwich. Expect to wait. That's pretty universal to all firehouse subs, though.

I placed a Grubhub order for my employees 24 hours in advance. It was even confirmed by them the next morning. At the time my order was supposed to be delivered (12:00 pm), they cancelled the order, stating they were out of a menu item. They made no attempt to contact me and see if I would like to substitute an item. Just cancelled it. So now I am left with 8 employees with no lunch. Terrible service.
