To find a place which serves dinner till late in November in Faro is a tough challenge. Thankfully, these guys gave us a table for people at with no reservation. Big claps for that. Antigamente era muito bom, mas hoje em dia perdeu muito em termos de atendimento. Já estive lá várias vezes e cada vez que volto fico um pouco mais decepcionado com o serviço. A comida é boa, embora o camarão não tivesse muito sabor. O problema é que apesar de terem poucas mesas, só tem 1 garçonete e uma pessoa na cozinha, então tudo leva mil anos. E é sempre o mesmo. No final a experiência fica arruinada por tanta espera e desorganização. Recomendo o bolo do caco e o jarro de poncha, apesar de serem um pouco caros.
Beautiful dishes served by very friendly and helpful staff. Good on-street setting. Reasonable prices. I particularly liked the beef steak cooked with chili.
Very good traditional food from Madeira amazing steak for the price definitely try it out of you like your steaks. tuna steak dinner was also very good and tasty. very good service we arrived late and table was moved especially for us to have space around and not be too close to others.
Toujours très bon, prix correct de qualité. Les produits sont de très bonne qualité et frais, pas de chichi, le top. la serveuse très gentille et professionnelle. Nous recommandons ce restaurant très volontiers.

The atmosphere is lively and chatty and the staff super friendly, despite the late hour. We were even offered a round of digestifs and a bite of their typical dessert, the carob cake. Astounding service and good food.
