Visited this Costa coffee on journey from Algarve before before boarding , medium Coffee Cheese and Ham Rolls , Euros... what a rip off .!.. Staff rude as cockroaches crawling across floor which was covered in food cleaner came to clear...them away but left the food on the floor .litter bins outside cafe overflowing with waste food and rubbish ,no social distancing in place to try and prevent the spreading of coronav... I thought about this occasion, even in comparison with similar things we were on the way out on the air side birmingham costa.
Girls at the desk are absolutely unhelpful and unwelcoming. When I asked a question she just stared at me like What do you want from me at this time in the morning? stare. I think in this period customers are a real treasure and need to be treated properly, not like a nuisance. I 'll never go again at Costa .
The new Tokyo Olympics drinks were a disaster. There s plenty of seating, whilst waiting at the airport.
4 plastic cups for two people, why? Such a waste of resources . Staff also couldn’t open the wine properly, heathens.
We collected some fallen oranges in the old town of Faro they were dried out and terribly bitter. I think the orange juice here is made from the same oranges (and terribly expensive at 5.10€a cup). The coffee is quite nice though, and the staff were smiling and friendly
