Looked perfect,... read more Very disappointing. 1) quite slow unfriendly service. We were single guests and couldn’t find waiter 2) we have ordered: a) ribs they were bad. Looked perfect, but very dry. B) Meat was good by the way. But! I have ordered mashed potatoes as a side dish to share with my kid. She refused to eat, i tried and was very strange. Maybe spoiled.. i told about this to our waiter. He had not done anything. No comment, no apologies. And of course it was in your bill. After this lunch we went to another place to eat.

When we arrived at 7pm we waited for several minutes before anyone came over to us. We said that we had booked a table for 2 but the female waitress did not check to see if this was correct. She asked if we wanted to sit upstairs, we said yes and gave us menus and we proceeded upstairs into an empty room and we sat at a nice table by the window with a lovely view. We waited for at least 20 minutes without anyone asking if we wanted drinks or have, we looked at the menu. We decided that we would leave the restaurant and go back to our hotel to have dinner. It's such a shame as this restaurant could be fantastic with the right management. The location is amazing overlooking the marina.
