Eating was good when we got it. There seemed to be a separation between the order window and the pick-up window, which leads to longer waiting times. All employees were friendly and polite and worked hard to move things I could see. Everyone has bad days, I hope his are better. View all feedback.

Men bathroom sink was not working. No water. Sign over sink says employees have to wash hands. Hopefully the Emoyees washed their hands in the kitchen because I know they weren't in there. Bathroom Urinal had urine on the floor around it. After use stick shoes to the floor. Order a meal and ask for medium size. The writer said she didn't know how to make it medium. I'm giving this place 4 stars because the Baconator Fries were a bit lacking in cheese and bacon. Everything else, however, was absolutely perfect!
I ordered a large chili, but they served me a small portion in a large cup. The chicken nuggets were ice cold, and the crackers were all stale. It was really disappointing!
There was no bacon on the Big Bacon Classic, and the nuggets came without any sauce.
Order was large, 2 combos, but all shoved and upside down and torn in a single bag. French fries were barely there and cold. This store usually does better than this, but this order is a mess.
I had to pick up my colleges on my way to the airport after we starve some. The service was amazing! 8 orders fast, hot and perfect. Thank you.
