Terrible service. There are very few dining options, and the limited menu is poorly explained. They unplug the phone after a certain time, making it impossible to place orders. For instance, I tried to order at 10:30 several nights in a row, but the call wouldn't connect. This is unacceptable for a school that charges $60,000 for tuition. View all feedback.

I had the worst experience ever! Every time I go, people standing behind me receive their food before I do. It's an awful establishment.
This is a wonderful spot to dine, offering delicious food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is also pleasant.
The server are friendly and polite. eating is good.
Slowest service I have ever experienced. They won’t even take your order until you wave down someone working. Everything moves at a snails pace at the TI and it is not worth it for the quality of food which they serve. I don’t blame the workers for their poor service. I blame the management for poor training and poor preparation.
