Plank Road Steak House - Farmville

Good, fresh salad bar with many options. Filet was excellent. Service was good.

When we have company in town we often go here for dinner. Always excellent food and good staff.

The food was great the service was too. Love the salad bar. We go every time we are near Farmville.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago. It was a Saturday night and they were out of NY strip, rolls/bread, and mint for the mojito drink they had as the first cocktail on their drink list. The ribeye was very flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. Low rating for the atmosphere because I feel like my husband and I got stuck in the side room with all the kids, not my ideal dinner night out. Service was a little slow. We may try it again in the future. It has the potential to be better given they stock all of the items on the menu and improve the service.

My wife and I had our first date here on Valentine’s Day in 2016. We live in Charlotte now but we’ve been looking for a reason to go back, it was a wonderful experience all around. Epic salad bar. Mashed potatoes were really good as well.
